Refund & Exchange Policy
At Maisonelle, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer flexible refund and exchange options:
- Return or Exchange Period: You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in the original packaging, Seasonal items are non-refundable unless a defect is reported before the courier departs.
- Inspection Upon Arrival: We encourage you to check your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, you can return it immediately without paying any shipping fees. If the item is not defective, and you choose to return it immediately upon delivery, the courier will take it back, and you will be responsible for the shipping fees. However, if the return request is made after the courier has left, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
